Job DescriptionLeading flavor and fragrance company located in Mount Olive; NJ has an immediate need for Export Analyst Role.
Job Purpose
Arrange the timely, secure, and cost-effective movement of Fragrance goods, raw materials necessary for the company's operation as well as finished products across international borders.
Core Responsibilities
Perform a range of administrative activities to facilitate the timely and accurate export, and shipment of materials, equipment, products, packages, and documents.
Prepare and maintain shipping records; prepare bills of lading; compute duties, tari?s, price conversions, weights, and volumes.
Prepare customs declarations and other required documents that describe the goods and materials being shipped and comply with all export regulations.
Process export documentation within established deadlines.
Communicate with carriers.
Deal with the whole order process from preparation orders to liaising with the shipping lines and warehouse team.
Communicate with external organizations (for example customs authorities or shipping agents) to verify customs requirements and negotiate shipping costs and times.
Keep abreast of changes in trade regulations to ensure company compliance.
Educational Requirements:
GED or High School Diploma
Experienced in Logistics
Pay Rate: $27.00 to $33.00 per hour
Hours: 8:30am to 5:00pm
Professional experience
Experience in export administration or supply chain, quality and/or materials management.
Technical Skills
Awareness of export regulations.
Proficiency in MS O?ce (Word, Excel).
