Salary Range: $54,000 - $81,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.

- Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies on the production floor.

Recommended Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1-2 years in a lead or supervisory capacity.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a production team to achieve output and quality targets.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment operation, and quality control principles.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot production issues effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with team members and management.
- Commitment to safety protocols and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Manufacturing).
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification (e.g., Green Belt).
- Experience with ERP or MES systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex).
- Demonstrated ability to train and mentor production team members.
- Basic maintenance or troubleshooting skills for production equipment.
