Senior Construction Estimator - Onsite north of Vancouver, WA - $130K-$165K+ Bonus
 
Our client, a fast growing locally based, national construction group is hiring a Senior Estimator to support growing project volume across commercial, industrial and public sector work.
 
What You Will Do:
<ul>
<li>Prepare detailed construction estimates</li>
<li>Review subcontractor bids and ensure scope accuracy</li>
<li>Attend pre-bid walkthroughs and assess site conditions</li>
<li>Collaborate with PMs and field teams</li>
<li>Negotiate pricing and support proposal development</li>
</ul>
 
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Three or more years of GC estimating experience</li>
<li>Experience across multiple trades or project types</li>
<li>Federal estimating experience is a plus</li>
<li>Strong analytical and communication skills</li>
<li>Proficiency with Bluebeam and estimating tools</li>
</ul>
 
Compensation: Base salary: $130K to $170K, Full benefits package, Relocation support available
