An opportunity is available for a Per Diem Retail Pharmacist licensed in Wisconsin to provide pharmacy services in a retail setting. This role involves delivering quality pharmaceutical care, ensuring accurate dispensing, and supporting medication therapy management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense prescriptions in compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations
• Provide patient counseling and answer medication-related questions
• Maintain proper medication records and inventory control

• Cover assigned dates with reliable availability

Qualifications:

• Active and clear Wisconsin pharmacist license
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in retail pharmacy

• Ability to work independently and efficiently during assigned shifts
