Maintenance Supervisor Job Summary:
A truck parts company is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to add to their team. The Maintenance Supervisor oversees all maintenance operations within the remanufacturing facility, ensuring equipment and machinery run efficiently to minimize downtime. This role leads the maintenance team, supports production goals, and maintains a safe, productive work environment.

Maintenance Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the maintenance team.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve equipment and machinery issues.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Manage maintenance budgets and maintain inventory of spare parts and supplies.
• Train, mentor, and develop maintenance staff to promote continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize operational efficiency.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and troubleshoot problems.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.

Maintenance Supervisor Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
• Proven experience as a maintenance supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing or remanufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of heavy-duty truck parts and remanufacturing processes.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with maintenance management software and tools.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergency situations as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs repeatedly.

Schedule and Pay:

Monday – Friday, 6am-4pm

Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually
