Ready Roos Early Learning Academy is seeking a warm, energetic and capable Teacher to join our team in Cranberry Township.
As a privately owned, non-franchise early learning center licensed for 29 children from infants through preschool, Ready Roos offers a small, relationship-based environment where children are known, families are valued, and quality matters. We are looking for an experienced early childhood educator who brings strong classroom presence, sound judgment, and a genuine commitment to creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment.
This role is ideal for someone with solid classroom experience who is confident in leading daily routines, supporting children’s development, building positive family relationships, and contributing to a well-run, high-standard program.
What you will do
- Lead a classroom with warmth, consistency, and professionalism
- Provide high-quality care, supervision, and learning experiences for young children
- Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging classroom environment
- Support children’s social, emotional, and developmental growth
- Build positive, respectful relationships with families and coworkers
- Work collaboratively with the broader team to support smooth daily operations
- Help uphold strong standards of care, communication, and classroom practice
What we are looking for
- Strong classroom leadership and age-appropriate practice
- Experience working with young children from infants through preschool
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented presence
- Strong communication skills and a calm, positive approach
- Ability to meet all Pennsylvania childcare employment requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree (mandatory) + Pennsylvania certification in Early Childhood Education (optional)
- 2 + years of experience in a licensed childcare center, preschool or early learning setting required
- Strong knowledge of child development, classroom leadership, and family communication
