Teacher Assistant – BrightPath Kids | Western New York
Pay: $16.00–$18.00/hr | Schedule: Monday–Friday, no evenings or weekends | Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, Seasonal

BrightPath Kids is hiring Teacher Assistants across Western NY locations. Help create a safe, nurturing environment where children ages 6 weeks–12 years can learn and grow.
What You'll Do:
<ul>
<li>Support lead teachers with instruction and classroom activities</li>
<li>Supervise and engage children in learning activities</li>
<li>Communicate with parents/guardians about their child's day</li>
<li>Help maintain a clean, organized classroom environment</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>2 years working with children (including babysitting) preferred</li>
<li>Strong communication and multitasking skills</li>
</ul>
