Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with 3–5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple client engagements effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, and supporting schedules.
- Conduct reviews and compilations for a variety of clients.
- Provide bookkeeping, payroll, tax planning, compliance, and consulting services.
- Maintain knowledge of current accounting standards, regulations, and tax laws.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing guidance and solutions tailored to their needs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of engagements.
Qualifications:
- Active CPA license.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3–5 years of recent experience in public accounting or corporate accounting.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, tax compliance, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, UltraTax, Sage, or similar).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
