Job Summary:
We are seeking an energetic and people-oriented Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll interact directly with customers, answer questions, present product solutions, and help expand our client base. No prior experience in sales is required — we provide comprehensive training for all new team members.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers face-to-face to provide outstanding service

• Present and promote client products with confidence and professionalism

• Answer customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly

• Help customers make informed purchasing decisions

• Maintain product knowledge and stay up to date on client offerings

• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals

• Represent our clients with integrity and enthusiasm

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required (some college preferred)

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is a plus

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Positive attitude and a team-first mentality
