Research and administrative support for a high-level executive
Seeking an enterprising individual to provide broad administrative support to a busy executive.
Responsibilities include: conducting and presenting research and analysis on a wide variety of projects and initiatives; logistics and travel-related tasks; project management; editing and/or managing information inflow/outflow for principal(s); and general personal assistance tasks.
Key requirements are: evidence of significant academic achievement or other related distinction; excellent communication ability; strong critical thinking and analytical skills; an ability to coordinate input from multiple stakeholders; and a can-do, no task is too big or too small approach to work.
We welcome applicants with varying levels of experience and from a broad range of professional and academic backgrounds; a science-oriented background is a plus.
This is a year-round, full-time opportunity with an annual salary range of $140,000 to $190,000, a sign-on bonus, and a generous benefits package. Compensation will be commensurate with credentials and experience. There is also a significant growth trajectory for top performers.
