A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Material/Warehouse Operator 3 in the Sparks Glencoe, MD 21152 Area.
The Material/Warehouse Operator 3 would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This would be full-time / 40 hours per week.

Material/Warehouse Operator 3 Compensation
• The pay for this position is $18 per hour
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Material/Warehouse Operator 3 Highlights
• The required availability for this position is Monday – Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm
• Overtime may be required to meet business needs
Material/Warehouse Operator 3 Responsibilities
Pick, pack, label, and palletize orders using RF devices.
Load/unload shipments and handle inbound/outbound inventory.
Operate material handling equipment safely and maintain certifications.
Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow safety, security, and quality standards.
Assist with dock manifests, shipping documentation, and other warehouse duties as needed.
Participate in Hazmat and cross-training programs.

Material/Warehouse Operator 3 Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 4 years of warehouse/material handling experience, including at least 1 year of SAP experience
• Forklift experience and Forklift Certification required
• Previous experience using material handling equipment (pallet jack, forklift, shrink wrapper)
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to maintain accurate records and logs, manually and electronically
• Ability to work in a repetitive environment and stand for long periods of time
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
Material/Warehouse Operator 3 Preferences
• Certification in Dangerous Goods (DG), including IATA, DOT DG, or IMDG
• Extensive SAP knowledge
• Experience with UPS or other shipping systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to frequent assignment changes
