Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads, prospect, and close new business

- Meet and exceed monthly production goals
- Collaborate with the agency owner to support growth initiatives
Requirements
What Were Looking For:
- Active Insurance Producer license (or willingness to obtain training and licensing support provided at no cost)
- Strong phone presence and communication skills
- Confident, competitive, and driven to succeed
- Previous sales experience is a plus
