Job Description
Training Support paying up to $50K for a growing corporation in the Carrollton area. The Training Support will play a key role in managing training administration, coordinating certification programs and maintaining critical service documentation. Successful candidate will ensure that the service technicians are properly training, certified and equipped with accurate parts and pricing information, while also supporting the scheduling and execution of training programs.
This is a DIRECT HIRE and IN OFFICE position
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Academy, including training records, documentation and reporting
- Maintain and update training materials, course content and learning systems
- Track participation, completion rates and certification status across all programs
- Serve as the primary point of contact for training-related inquiries
- Review technician certification progress and ensure compliance with program requirements
- Coordinate certification testing, evaluations and renewals
- Communicate certification status, gaps and requirements to technicians and leadership
- Partner with service leadership to ensure alignment between training and field performance expectations
- Create, maintain and update parts price lists to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (service, supply chain, finance) to validate pricing updates
- Ensure timely communication of pricing changes to relevant teams
- Support documentation and version control of parts and pricing data
- Coordinate scheduling of training classes (virtual and in-person)
- Manage logistics including attendee registration, materials and instructor coordination
- Provide administrative and operational support during training session
- Collect and track feedback to improve training effectiveness
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of experience in training coordination, service operations or related role within the manufacturing or assembly industry
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail
- Experience of working with technical teams or service organizations preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Teams)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across multiple departments
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
