We are looking for a dynamic full-time Sales Specialist – Financial Case Manager to join our team in Concord, NC. This is an opportunity to convert warm leads into committed patients while earning a base salary ranging from $40,000-$60,000, with top performers exceeding $100K annually through commission opportunities of an additional $40,000-$50,000.

DO YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS?

  • Proven sales experience with a background in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, medispas, real estate, or other high-ticket sales industries is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust, explain value, and confidently close high-dollar transactions
  • A motivated closer who is results-driven, professional, and eager to exceed quotas and maximize commissions
  • Business-minded and professional, with knowledge of the financial side of patient care and sales-driven healthcare services


WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A SALES SPECIALIST – FINANCIAL CASE MANAGER?

Schedule: Monday – Thursday: 8:30 AM – 6:15 PM (occasionally 6:30 PM), Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM.

As our Sales Specialist – Financial Case Manager, you step into the office energized and ready to make an impact. As patients arrive, you greet them with a warm smile, making them feel confident in their decision to invest in their health. You listen intently, understanding their needs, and seamlessly guide them through tailored treatment plans, presenting financial options with clarity and enthusiasm. Every conversation is an opportunity-you educate, address concerns, and help patients see the long-term value of their care. You follow up with leads, maintain high close rates, and celebrate every successful conversion.
