Who We Are
We’re not your average pediatric clinic—we’re a launchpad for limitless potential. At TheraTree, we’re rewriting what therapy looks like by blending heart, science, and imagination.
Our multidisciplinary team of OT, ST, PT, ABA, and mental health pros doesn’t just treat—we transform. We go deep. We push boundaries. We celebrate wildly. We believe in whole-child, whole-family, and whole-therapist care. If you're looking for a mission with teeth and a culture with momentum, you’ve just found it.
Your Role as an OT:

- Lead pediatric OT evaluations and create treatment plans that are bold, playful, and targeted
- Guide OTA teammates and elevate the entire treatment team with your expertise
- Collaborate with caregivers to turn home routines into rocket fuel for development
- Rock ADL skill-building, sensory integration, executive function coaching, and motor mastery
- Set goals that matter—and celebrate like crazy when kids crush them
- Chart data that tells a real story—one of resilience, hope, and skill mastery
- Stay on the edge of your field with CEUs, team inservices, and fearless curiosity
What We Offer:
- Competitive pay + performance bonuses that reward real impact
- Paid CEUs + mentorship to keep you sharp, supported, and ahead of the curve
- PTO + paid holidays—because rest fuels results
- Medical insurance—we’ve got your back
- Retirement plan with employer contributions—invested in your future
- Leadership ladders, specialty tracks, and a culture where growth is the norm
- A team that’s more like a movement—collaborative, fired-up, and all-in
What It Takes:
- Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an ACOTE-accredited program
- Current NBCOT certification
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Kentucky
- Strong clinical skills, powerful presence, and the flexibility to think like a clinician and a kid
- A track record (or dream) of turning challenges into victories—sensory, behavioral, or motor
- Communication so clear it cuts through chaos and builds trust fast
- The heart to care deeply, the brains to treat smart, and the guts to lead boldly
