All Seasons Roofing and Restoration is seeking a highly organized and motivated Production Coordinator to oversee the scheduling, logistics, and coordination of our roofing and restoration projects. This role is critical to ensuring projects run efficiently, materials are delivered on time, and crews are properly scheduled to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule roofing and restoration crews based on project timelines, scope, and availability.
• Manage daily and weekly production schedules to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.
• Organize and track delivery of materials, including environmentally friendly (“green”) products, ensuring proper timing and accuracy.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of production schedules, job progress, and material usage.
• Communicate regularly with project managers, field supervisors, and office staff to align on project status and priorities.
• Monitor job progress in real-time and proactively adjust schedules or resources to address delays or changes.
• Assist in resolving scheduling conflicts, labor shortages, or material delays.
• Ensure crews have the necessary information, materials, and support to perform their work effectively.
• Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying inefficiencies and recommending process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability when plans change.
• Solid work ethic, reliability, and a “get-it-done” attitude.
• Proficiency in scheduling software, spreadsheets, and general computer applications is preferred.
• Previous experience in production coordination, construction, roofing, or a related field is a plus.
