A public sector organization in Tigard is seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Organizational Health Assistant to support its Talent Acquisition and Human Resources teams. This temporary role is ideal for someone with strong administrative experience and a passion for supporting HR operations.
OverviewThis individual will assist with a variety of HR and administrative tasks, including candidate support, meeting coordination, calendaring, and records management. The role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Talent acquisition support (e.g., test proctoring, candidate check-in, lunch orders)
- Meeting support and note-taking
- Calendar management
- Large event coordination and day-of support
- Records management and purchase requisitions
- Support processes involving NEOGOV ATS, MUNIS, SharePoint, and other systems
Qualifications and Skills
- Associate’s degree required
- Minimum of 3 years of full-time administrative experience
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize and adapt to changing needs
- Human resources experience preferred
Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:00AM - 4:30PM) through March
Compensation: $29.00 Hourly
