Plant Manager | Walker, MI
Salary Range: $141,000 - $192,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily plant operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are met.
- Develop and execute plant-level strategies to optimize efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Manage plant budgets, control costs, and identify opportunities for financial optimization.
- Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational processes and product quality.
- Oversee maintenance and reliability programs to maximize equipment uptime and asset utilization.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proven experience in manufacturing operations leadership.
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing, quality systems, and safety protocols.
- Demonstrated ability to manage production processes, maintenance, and supply chain.
- Excellent leadership, team development, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent continuous improvement expertise
- Experience implementing advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., automation, robotics, Industry 4.0)
- MBA or Master's degree in Engineering Management, Operations Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in new plant start-up, facility expansion, or major capital project management
