Job DescriptionSalary: $55,000-$70,000 DOE
Megastar Advisors is seeking aDigital Onboarding Specialistto support our clients growing digital operations. In this role, youll work directly withfinancial advisors across the countryas they implement new digital systems helping them with CRM setup, software training, and troubleshooting. Youll also providetechnical support to our internal team, ensuring office systems and technology run efficiently.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone whos an excellent communicator, tech-savvy, organized, and enjoys helping others feel confident using technology.
What Youll Do
Advisor Onboarding & Digital Support (External)
Assist advisors with onboarding into CRM systems, email, and communication platforms.
Walk advisors through software setups, trainings, and troubleshooting via phone and virtual meetings.
Help organize onboarding projects, track progress, and ensure all tasks stay on schedule.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting (Internal)
Set up and configure computers, monitors, and software for internal staff.
Troubleshoot basic technical issues and coordinate with IT vendors for advanced support.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Comfortable speaking with financial advisors on the phone and in virtual meetings.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint).
- Familiar with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or GoHighLevel.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
- Eager to gain hands-on experience in technology & onboarding.
