WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A quick and eager learner and team worker
- Must be proficient with computer programs
- Medical billing experience preferred, not required
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Assess whether medical documentation is suitable for claims submission.

Verify if the billed items meet insurance payment criteria; if not, direct them to the correct department.

Review charges prior to submitting the bill to insurance.

In cases of erroneous claim denial, conduct a claim review and resubmit the status to insurance; if the denial is valid, forward it to the next billing department.

Provide assistance to customers and service areas with reimbursement inquiries.

Ensure accuracy by reviewing your work before submitting claims.

Must be able to identify and communicate changes related to insurance policies.

Post-training, demonstrate proficiency with the CIB billing system and Condor order entry system.

After training, effectively utilize all computer-generated reports for billing and collection tasks.

- 26834 Lawrence Ave. Center Line, MI
- Monday-Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
