Paid Marketing Manager/Specialist — Job Description

Polymaker is a global leader in 3D printing materials innovation. Our mission is to empower creators, engineers, and industries to unlock new possibilities with world-class 3D printing solutions. We offer the broadest and most advanced portfolio of filaments on the market — backed by cutting-edge R&D and a commitment to environmental responsibility.

3D printing is one of the fastest-growing industries in the world, revolutionizing manufacturing, design, and production across countless sectors — and Polymaker is right at the center of this growth. If you're looking to build a career in a booming sector with huge upside, this is the place to be.

About the Role

We are seeking a performance-driven, highly analytical Paid Marketing Manager/Specialist to join us onsite at our Houston office and lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of our paid media efforts across Google, Amazon, Meta, and emerging platforms.

You’ll manage day-to-day campaigns, scale our paid acquisition funnels, and collaborate closely with content, design, UX, and affiliate teams to ensure we deliver the right creative and landing experiences to maximize performance.

This is a high-impact, growth-focused role where you will see your work directly contribute to Polymaker’s continued expansion in North America and beyond.

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day management of all paid acquisition channels (Google Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube, Meta, Amazon Ads, Amazon DSP)
  • Build, optimize, and scale campaigns across prospecting, retargeting, and customer expansion funnels
  • Drive advanced keyword research, search query mining, and audience segmentation strategies
  • Analyze Google Search Console data to identify opportunities, indexing issues, and actionable insights
  • Build and manage paid strategies supporting affiliate programs and partnerships
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to guide the creation of ad creatives, videos, images, and landing page assets needed for paid media success
  • Partner with UX and website teams to suggest improvements to landing pages and user flows that maximize conversion rates
  • Implement and oversee A/B testing frameworks across all paid platforms to continuously improve creative, targeting, bidding, and landing page performance
  • Analyze and report on KPIs weekly — ROAS, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate, LTV, Incremental ROAS
  • Utilize and interpret multi-touch attribution models to evaluate true channel performance and optimize budget allocations
  • Work closely with audience segmentation and CDP tools to personalize targeting strategies
  • Identify and propose new channels, tactics, or technologies that can drive measurable growth
  • Partner with external agencies/contractors as needed for campaign expansion or testing
  • Contribute to broader customer acquisition and retention strategy initiatives

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on paid media management experience, with a strong focus on Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube) with B2C product. CPG experience preferred.
  • Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Amazon Advertising platforms
  • Experience managing paid media campaigns supporting affiliate marketing programs
  • Advanced keyword strategy skills: able to independently build keyword sets, optimize queries, and identify growth opportunities
  • Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and audience segmentation best practices
  • Strong working knowledge of attribution modeling and ability to interpret and apply insights to campaign optimizations
  • Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests across creative, audiences, bids, and landing experiences
  • Experience using Google Search Console to support paid and organic strategies
  • Strong grasp of attribution models, remarketing best practices, and creative testing
  • Experience collaborating closely with creative, content, and UX teams to maximize campaign impact
  • Analytical mindset — comfortable making data-driven decisions, setting/testing hypotheses, and adjusting tactics based on results
  • Experience scaling paid budgets while maintaining ROAS targets
  • Experience working with Shopify (or similar eCommerce platforms), Klaviyo, and Google Analytics (GA4) a plus
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset: you love identifying opportunities, optimizing processes, and pushing performance forward
  • Comfortable working full-time onsite in Houston in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Why Join Polymaker?

  • Be Part of a Booming Industry: 3D printing is transforming manufacturing, design, and production across industries — and it’s just getting started.
