What’s a typical day as Talent Acquisition Specialist II? You’ll be:

  • Acting as a consultative talent partner to assigned business units, facilitating achievement of recruiting and business goals.
  • Managing open job requisitions, utilizing SuccessFactors ATS to update and report key recruiting metrics.
  • Attracting top talent and developing a strong candidate pool for current and future openings.
  • Conducting pre-screening, collaborating with team members on sourcing strategies, and facilitating candidate review meetings.
  • Compiling and communicating industry knowledge, market trends, and best practices to team members and business leaders.
  • Ensuring compliance with state/federal employment laws and internal policies for applicant tracking and reporting.
  • Establishing business partnerships with hiring managers, HR Directors, and senior leadership on all staffing activities.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience/certification in HR).
  • Bring 3-5 years of Human Resources experience, with at least 3 years of full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Possess strong attention to detail and the ability to instill confidence in clients and deliver results.
  • Have proactive recruiting and sourcing experience and can build networks across industries.
  • Demonstrate data management, trend analysis, and functional assessment skills.
  • Exhibit excellent organizational, time management, and superb communication abilities.
  • Are experienced in forecasting headcount/workforce planning.
  • Have working knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
  • Preferably have healthcare/pharmaceutical industry recruitment experience (commercial recruiting experience a plus).
  • Are proficient with SuccessFactors ATS or similar recruitment systems.
