JOB SUMMARY:The Production Associate is responsible for supporting manufacturing operations by assisting machine operators, handling materials, and ensuring proper assembly, packaging, and movement of parts. This role focuses on maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist machine operators with press operations and production activities
• Remove parts from machines and separate finished parts from scrap
• Assemble, stack, and package parts according to specifications
• Prepare totes, skids, bags, and boxes for packaging and shipment
• Label and move finished goods to storage or next operation stage
• Follow work orders and job control procedures accurately
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work area
• Ensure all safety devices are in place and report unsafe conditions
• Monitor surroundings and adhere to plant safety guidelines
• Work collaboratively within a team environment
• Maintain productivity and quality standards
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisor

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions
• Basic understanding of manufacturing or production processes
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to lift and move materials as required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in manufacturing or production environment
• Experience working with press machines or assembly operations
