Job DescriptionGeneral Production Workers Needed in Spokane Valley – Great Pay & Benefits!
Location: Spokane Valley, WA
Pay Rate: $19/hr
Schedule:
- Monday: 7 AM – 3 PM
- Tuesday–Friday: 7 AM – 5 PM
Role Overview: We are hiring General Production Workers to inspect and sort lumber, ensuring only high-quality boards are processed. This hands-on role offers opportunities for career advancement.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Inspect lumber for defects (splits, cracks, rot, holes).
- Sort and flip boards, separating good quality wood from defective pieces.
- Stack boards on pallets or carts for further processing.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in a production or industrial setting (sawmill experience is a plus).
- Comfortable with repetitive physical tasks and lifting boards (20–30 lbs).
- Familiarity with industrial equipment like saws and forklifts (forklift certification not required).
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
- Mechanical aptitude is a bonus and can lead to advancement.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $19.00/hr.
