We are a team of 99th-percentile LSAT tutors dedicated to helping students achieve their goal scores and secure admissions (and scholarships!) to their dream law schools. We pride ourselves on personalized instruction, proven results, and ongoing support throughout each students LSAT journey.



Role Overview

The Client Success Manager is the bridge between our tutors and clients, ensuring every student is supported, engaged, and progressing toward their LSAT goal score. This role goes beyond traditional customer supportit is proactive, relationship-driven, and results-oriented. Success is measured by client retention, satisfaction, and, most importantly, helping students hit their target LSAT scores.



What youll be doing

  • Proactively check in with clients after their first session to ensure they enjoyed their lesson.
  • Rematch clients quickly if they are unsatisfied with their tutor.
  • Gather feedback, address concerns, and resolve issues when necessary.
  • Monitor student progress, flag at-risk clients, and implement strategies to keep them on track.
  • Work with tutors to ensure accountabilityclients complete homework, tutors follow lesson flow.
  • Strategically upsell tutoring hours when beneficial (e.g., increasing lessons before test dates).
  • Build long-term client relationships that drive retention, referrals, and positive outcomes.
  • Track client data to identify trends in satisfaction, drop-off, and performance.
  • Provide a white glove experience that keeps clients supported at every step.





What youll bring to the table

  • Strong background in customer success, account management, or education.
  • Comfortable speaking on the phone with clear spoken and written English.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

What you will earn

  • Yearly salary of $80,000, paid weekly.



What hours youll work

  • MondayFriday, 9am6pm PST, with a midday break for lunch.



What is the application and training process

  1. Fill out this application
  2. 1st Round Interview: Submit a 24 minute video introduction.
  3. 2nd Round Interview: 45-minute live interview, including mock calls based on a script.
  4. 3rd Round Interview: 30-minute meeting with team members.

From there, youll receive an offer letter, onboarding materials, and first-day steps.

Training: Youll start by watching call recordings, sitting in on live client calls, practicing mock calls with feedback, and learning our scripts, SOPs, and KPIs. Training typically lasts 2 weeks, with your first official client calls starting within 13 weeks.
