PRODUCTION ENGINEER
We are seeking an Electrical Engineer with 1-2 years of production engineering experience to perform final testing for of all MeeFog systems. General responsibilities and qualifications are as follows:
POSITION OBJECTIVE AND SUMMARY
To ensure the integrity of products and designs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-Under general guidelines of the Engineering Department and management:
-Performs testing and records data on all MeeFog gas turbine cooling, humidification, and water treatment systems.
-Performs hands on electrical, plumbing and mechanical duties/functions with regards to testing and -troubleshooting.
-Assists with electrical and mechanical design of systems.
-Reviews all engineering documentation to control activity.
-Reviews all engineering change orders.
-Compiles data and prepares reports as needed.
-Interfaces with all level of employees.
-Reads and comprehends inputs such as drawings and specifications.
-Performs other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with reasonable accommodation in the areas outlined below.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Requires B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering or Certificate from Technical College or School or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in electrical engineering or related field required. Experience using AutoCAD or SolidWorks preferred.
KNOWLEDGE
Must have in depth knowledge of NEC and UL, knowledge of company products and system applications, including design, testing, quality control, analysis, and troubleshooting. Working knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology to the production of various products. Working knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture of goods.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
-Must posses a positive attitude and a strong work ethnic.
-Must have an aptitude and hands on ability for the solution of mechanical and electrical problems.
-Computer literacy is a must.
-Must be able to organize projects and prioritize time for multiple projects simultaneously.
-Effective expression of ideas others along with self-sufficient operation is needed.
