Job Summary and Qualifications

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) plays a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while coordinating all functions within the unit. Collaborating with the management team, the CNC monitors and evaluates nursing care in line with established policies, serving as a resource for staff and enhancing the patient experience.

About Our Unit

Our Cardiac Telemetry nurses are skilled in assessing acute changes in patients, monitoring heart rhythms, interpreting ECGs, and intervening in emergencies. Our unit specializes in caring for patients recovering from open-heart surgeries, stent placements, and more. We pride ourselves on our high-level critical thinking skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.

Your Role Will Include:

  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
  • Assisting with admission and discharge processes.
  • Partnering with experts and leadership to enhance outcomes and services.
  • Providing coaching and training to improve staff performance and engagement.
  • Assisting with staff scheduling.

What You’ll Need:

  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 30 days of employment.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days of employment.
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Registered Nurse Diploma.
