ReconCraft is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist to help support and optimize our day-to-day warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a strong work ethic, capable of handling various warehouse tasks efficiently and safely. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their skills in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the movement, organization, and storage of materials within the warehouse.
- Perform core operations including unloading, picking, packing, labeling, and inventory counting.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, hoists, and conveyors in compliance with all safety procedures.
- Accurately check, verify, and track items to maintain correct inventory records.
- Enter or retrieve data using a Warehouse Management System (WMS), ERP software, or similar tools.
- Assist with other warehouse support functions as needed.
- Local pickup and delivery with company truck. Class B CDL Required.
Qualifications:
- CDL Class B
- 0–5 years of experience in warehouse operations or a related field.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment and safety procedures is preferred.
- Basic computer skills; experience with WMS or ERP systems is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move materials as needed and stand for extended periods.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
