Schedule:

  • Monday – Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Friday: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM

Compensation: Bi-weekly hourly pay with an option for Daily Pay to access earnings as they are accrued.

Potential to earn daily and quarterly bonuses!

Continuing Education coverage is available!

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Valid dental hygienist license in Virginia and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (as required).
  • Strong understanding of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
  • Current CPR Certification.

Preferred Experience:

  • Familiarity with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
  • Willingness to continue learning and developing clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventive care and overall dental health maintenance.
  • Clinical requirements as needed by the office.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform essential duties as required by the office/doctor with or without reasonable accommodation. Accommodations may be provided to enable individuals with disabilities to fulfill the essential functions of the role.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
  • Must be capable of lifting and carrying up to 45 pounds occasionally.
  • Availability for periodic virtual or in-person training sessions throughout the year.
  • As part of our commitment to a safe and healthy environment for both team members and patients, a tuberculosis (TB) test is mandatory for all new hires in dental office roles. This standard requirement must be completed before starting employment. The test will be arranged during the pre-employment process, with necessary guidance provided. This does not apply in the states of FL & TN.
