Job DescriptionWe are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data within our systems. This position is based in York, Maine, and requires a strong focus on precision and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
• Input and update data into company systems with a high level of accuracy.
• Verify and cross-check data entries to ensure consistency and correctness.
• Manage and organize data files to maintain easy access and retrieval.
• Perform quality control checks to identify and correct errors in data.
• Collaborate with team members to gather and input necessary information.

• Provide support for additional administrative tasks as needed.• Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.
• Strong typing skills with a focus on speed and accuracy.
• Familiarity with data entry software and basic computer applications.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to spot errors.
• Strong organizational skills to manage large volumes of data efficiently.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
