Schedule

Days Only: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Shift Differentials (if applicable):

• Specialty Differential: +$1.50/hour

• Night Differential: +$4.25/hour

Compensation & Incentives

Hourly Range:

• $27.72/hour (minimum)

• $34.32/hour (10 years experience)

• $39.60/hour (15+ years experience)

Sign-On Bonus:

• $10,000 (Days)

• $15,000 (Nights)

Relocation Assistance: Up to $5,000

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a compassionate and clinically strong Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) RN to provide high-acuity cardiovascular critical care. This role requires strong clinical judgment, autonomous decision-making, and expertise in managing patients requiring continuous monitoring and complex interventions.

You will work in an 8-bed CVICU within a collaborative, patient-centered environment focused on clinical excellence and quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-level cardiovascular critical care

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and manage treatment plans

• Monitor hemodynamic status and respond to rapid clinical changes

• Advocate for patients and families while ensuring privacy and confidentiality

• Provide patient and family education on medications and care plans

• Support quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recent (within last 3 years) ER, ICU, or CVICU experience

• PCU/IMCU experience considered with minimum 2 years

• Active Florida RN license or compact RN license (Florida licensure required within 60 days if relocating)

• BLS required

• ACLS required within 6 months of hire

• NIHSS certification required within 30 days

• BSN preferred

• CCRN preferred (required within 2 years if not currently certified)
