Material Coordination

• Stage materials for jobs and ensure timely delivery to job sites or field crews
• Coordinate material returns, transfers, and warranty items
• Communicate with project managers, foremen, and estimators regarding material needs and availability
• Track inventory levels of electrical components and equipment

Tools

• Oversee tool inventory, check-in/check-out processes, and maintenance schedules
• Track damaged, lost, or missing tools and recommend corrective actions

Vehicles & Equipment

• Schedule & manage preventive maintenance, repairs, and inspections for vehicles & equipment.
• Ensure vehicles comply with DOT regulations and safety standards.
• Coordinate vehicle assignments and support to projects.

Safety

• Assist with various job site safety inspections.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of vehicle/equipment operation and maintenance.
• Familiar with operating skid loaders & trenchers.
• Proficiency Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license required
• CDL or ability to obtain preferred
• Forklift certifications preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
• Position requires indoor and outdoor activities.
