We are a rapidly growing architecture firm with over 30 years of experience specializing in residential projects. We are seeking a Full-Time Architectural Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working through drawings from start to completion, communicating with our leadership, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and have experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Work through drawings from start to completion
• Communicate with leadership to ensure project requirements are met
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and timelines
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records
• Monitor project progress and report on project status to management
• Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts
• Collaborate with other team members, including architects, engineers, and interior designers

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in architectural project coordination
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in AutoCAD LT and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Salary range: $40,000 - $50,000, based on experience
