Fast growing commercial plumbing company seeking a Journeyman Plumber.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Read and interpret blueprints and construction documents</li>
<li>Manage plumbing jobs from kickoff to final inspection</li>
<li>Supervise and mentor apprentices and other plumbers</li>
<li>Coordinate with General Contractors and Superintendents</li>
<li>Submit and follow through on change orders requests</li>
<li>Plan and purchase project materials</li>
<li>Ensure code compliance and quality workmanship</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Valid and current Journeyman Plumber Certification</li>
<li>Proven experience in Commerical TI plumbing</li>
<li>Strong blueprint reading and layout skills</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and lead small crews</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communications skills</li>
<li>Excellent coordination and planning skills</li>
<li>Experience with change orders and material take-offs</li>
<li>Strong Computer skills</li>
<li>Must be able to travel</li>
