Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An opportunity is available for a skilled Occupational Therapist to support students in a school setting located in East Lansing, MI. Responsibilities include:

• Evaluating and developing individualized treatment plans for students with physical, sensory, or cognitive disabilities.
• Collaborating with educators, families, and other professionals to integrate therapy goals into classroom activities.
• Monitoring and documenting student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary.
• Providing consultation and training to staff and families to support student development.
• Adhering to all state and federal regulations related to school-based occupational therapy services.

Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist certification/license for the state of Michigan.
• Experience working with pediatric populations in a school environment is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic school setting.
• For travel candidates, must hold a valid OT certification for the state to which they are applying.

Location: East Lansing, Michigan

Compensation and Benefits:

• Local candidates can expect pay ranging from $32 to $50 per hour, commensurate with experience and specific location.
