We are seeking a traveling superintendent with experience in exterior and interior buildouts of Walmart superstores.
The ideal candidate will be a highly self-motivated individual with strong communication and collaboration skills with an ability to drive a schedule and maintain deadlines. Problem-solving skills are a must.. Experience with Vista by Viewpoint is a plus. We need an avid learner who is skilled at multi-tasking, and is ready, willing, and able to pitch in where needed.
- Ensuring onsite safety protocols are followed
- Schedule creation, communication, forecasting, and enforcements
- Regular documentation of field conditions
- Regular and thorough communication with project management staff and with clients
- Building client relationships
- Quality control
- Subcontractor coordination
- Some administrative tasks as needed
