- 36 hours guaranteed per week (up to 40 hours expected)
- Overtime requires prior approval
- Productivity expectation: ~60 visits per week
- Patient load: 12–14 patients per day (double-booking of follow-ups expected)
Job Summary
The Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient Orthopedic provides rehabilitative care to patients with musculoskeletal conditions. This role focuses on improving mobility, reducing pain, and restoring function through individualized treatment plans in a high-volume outpatient setting.
Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Care
- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for orthopedic conditions
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve strength, mobility, and function
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Clinical Duties
- Manage a high patient volume in a fast-paced outpatient clinic
- Perform manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and functional training
- Ensure proper documentation of patient progress and outcomes
Collaboration
- Communicate effectively with patients and interdisciplinary teams
- Educate patients on treatment plans and home exercise programs
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) (state-specific)
- New graduates accepted
- First-time travelers accepted
Preferred Qualifications
- Outpatient orthopedic experience
