Compensation
- 25% of collections
- $800 per day guaranteed for the first 60 days
- $20,000 sign-on bonus, payable after six (6) months of active employment
- No production cap
We maintain strong new patient flow compared to many traditional private practices.
Top-performing associates in our group have earned approximately$300,000+ annually working four days per week (11-hour shifts). Individual earnings vary based on production, clinical efficiency, case acceptance, and schedule availability.
Clinical Expectations
Applicants must be comfortable performing:
- Molar root canal therapy
- Surgical and non-surgical extractions
- Comprehensive treatment planning in a fast-paced setting
This role requires clinical independence and the ability to manage a productive schedule.
Schedule
- 4-day workweek
- Approximately 11-hour shifts
- Includes some evenings and weekends
