What level Clearance do I need? You must possess an activeTop Secret /SCI clearance.

What will I be doing? You will be providing support in developing and implementing mission-critical initiatives and leading a team supporting national security objectives. In this role, you will be using your expertise in:

  • Supporting post-production tradecraft evaluations
  • Leading a team on projects of various layers of complexity
  • Creating solutions involving or affecting financial, scheduling, methodology, and/or tools
  • Preparing long and short-range plans for application selection, systems development, processes, procedures and production methods
  • Creating, managing, and monitoring associated support services necessary for programs and projects
  • Providing relevant technical area lead and program management support
  • Working with Government staff to establish and implement program goals and provide key performance metrics to establish a strategic baseline
  • Building and maintaining qualified, full-time staff according to customer and mission priorities
  • Acting as a bridge for the complex gap between the non-technical functions of management and the technical requirements of work area mission and its personnel
  • Maintaining awareness of emerging capabilities and technologies in area of expertise
  • Creating and maintaining a detailed work plan to include specific tasks, assignments, task dependencies, milestones, and schedule for all tasks
  • Other duties as assigned


What experience, training, and education do I need?

You mustmeet theminimumrequirements:

  • Bachelors Degree and at least 10 years of relevant experience in the IC
  • OR an Associates Degree and at least 12 years of relevant experience in the IC
  • OR a Masters Degree and at least 8 years of relevant experience in the IC
  • Relevant all-source analytic training for a recognized IC schoolhouse and/or IC member certification
  • Experience using ICD 203
  • Direct experience as a Team Lead or above at an IC member where duties included conceptualization support to more junior analysts
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Active Top Secret / SCI clearance
