<p>Year round inside work casting concrete in Fredericksburg, VA.</p>
<p>Hours: 7:30AM to 3:30PM.</p>
<p>Pay: $20 / hour dependent upon experience level.</p>
<p>Benefits: 401 K with company contribution; Health Insurance with 60% company contribution; Health Savings Plan; Paid Vacation for periods that increase each year you are with company.</p>
<p>Advancement: You could advance to work with field crews who travel around the country installing our materials. Significant increase in pay.</p>
<p>Requirements: Drug free workplace; Driver's License preferred; Adherence to company safety policies.</p>
