Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams across the Med/Surg and ICU units.
  • Partner closely with staff, physicians, and executive leadership to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care.
  • Ensure department compliance with hospital policies, quality standards, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Champion continuous performance improvement and patient safety initiatives.
  • Provide strategic input on staffing models, clinical workflows, and operational planning.
  • Manage departmental budgets and drive fiscal responsibility without compromising care.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, engagement, and professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Current RN license (or eligibility) in the state.
  • Minimum 5 years of nursing leadership experience, ideally in both Med/Surg and ICU settings.
  • Proven ability to lead teams through change, growth, and innovation.
  • Strong clinical acumen and understanding of hospital operations.
