Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams across the Med/Surg and ICU units.
- Partner closely with staff, physicians, and executive leadership to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care.
- Ensure department compliance with hospital policies, quality standards, and regulatory guidelines.
- Champion continuous performance improvement and patient safety initiatives.
- Provide strategic input on staffing models, clinical workflows, and operational planning.
- Manage departmental budgets and drive fiscal responsibility without compromising care.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, engagement, and professional development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Current RN license (or eligibility) in the state.
- Minimum 5 years of nursing leadership experience, ideally in both Med/Surg and ICU settings.
- Proven ability to lead teams through change, growth, and innovation.
- Strong clinical acumen and understanding of hospital operations.
