Job Description

We’re looking for an energetic, friendly, and health-conscious Smoothie Barista to join our team! As a Smoothie Barista at The Green Farm Juicery (Hiring at Mason and West Chester), you’ll be the face of our juice and smoothie bar, preparing fresh, made-to-order smoothies and smoothie bowls, while providing exceptional customer service. If you're passionate about wellness, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and love making people smile, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and guide them through the menu
Prepare smoothies, smoothie bowls, and other products according to recipes and standards
Operate blenders, juicers, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
Handle customer transactions using POS system
Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
Follow health, sanitation, and safety guidelines
Provide product recommendations and upsell items when appropriate
Support other team members during busy hours

Qualifications:

Prior food service or customer service experience is a plus (but not required)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
A positive attitude and team-player mentality
Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs and work standing for long periods of time
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
