As a Manufacturing Associate, you will operate and monitor production equipment, perform minor adjustments to ensure machinery runs smoothly and safely, and assist with filling, packaging, labeling, and final product preparation. Your role will also include completing basic production paperwork, supporting team training, handling materials, conducting simple quality checks, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent

At least 1 year of production experience

Ability to read and follow written, verbal, and diagram-based instructions, including safety protocols and operating procedures

Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, fractions, and use of the metric system

Strong attention to detail and the ability to complete standardized, multi-step tasks

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Willingness to be cross-trained and support multiple departments as needed

Pay Details: $15.00 to $16.00 per hour
