What You Will Do

- \nMachine Operation: Set up, troubleshoot, and operate intermediate technology machines.
- \nProduction Oversight: Manage start-up, operation, and shutdown of machinery, supporting 25% of production.
- \nProduct Handling: Ensure accurate packaging, labeling, and cartoning, with occasional manual tasks.
- \nQuality Control: Perform inspections, resolve issues, and maintain quality data.
- \nTraining & Development: Train new team members and pursue continuous learning.
- \nProcess Improvement: Identify waste and enhance 5S efficiency.
- \nSystem Proficiency: Utilize Panduit Oracle for manufacturing data and maintenance orders.

What You Will Bring

- \nEducation: High school diploma or equivalent.
- \nExperience: 3-5 years of related manufacturing experience.
- \nAdaptability: Fast learner with the ability to quickly acquire new skills and knowledge.
- \nMath Skills: Proficient in basic math, including the use of calculators and measuring tools.
- \nPhysical Requirements: Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.

Compensation: The expected starting base pay for this role is $20.50 an hour. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
