We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at a fast-casual, high-volume Mexican-inspired restaurant. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, hands-on management skills, and a passion for delivering excellent guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to company standards.
- Lead, train, and coach front- and back-of-house teams to maintain high levels of hospitality and operational excellence.
- Manage staffing needs, including scheduling, hiring, onboarding, and ongoing performance development.
- Ensure food quality, safety, and sanitation standards are consistently met, maintaining DOH compliance at all times.
- Handle inventory control, ordering, and vendor relationships to maintain proper stock levels and minimize waste.
- Monitor financial performance, including labor, COGS, budgeting, and P&L targets, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Foster a positive workplace culture that supports teamwork, accountability, and professional growth.
- Resolve guest issues with professionalism and a customer-first mindset.
- Support marketing initiatives, local outreach, and community-focused efforts to drive traffic and brand loyalty.
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of restaurant management experience in a fast-casual or quick-service environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Proven experience managing labor, inventory, and cost controls.
- Solid understanding of food safety practices and DOH regulations.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-volume setting while maintaining exceptional service standards.
- Proficiency with POS systems, scheduling tools, and basic reporting.
- Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
