Role Description

The Client Services Manager oversees operational performance for assigned medical billing clients, ensuring financial success and delivering exceptional client support. This role requires deep expertise in healthcare billing, revenue cycle processes, and the ability to manage quality programs, training, and multi‑system workflows. The manager leads, mentors, and develops staff while coordinating assignments across various billing and support teams. They also handle key responsibilities such as client communication, presenting in board meetings, managing reporting, and supporting sales efforts when needed. The position can be remote or hybrid, depending on the candidate’s location.


Salary: $65,000–$75,000


Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in Customer Service and Client Services
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members effectively
  • Proven Analytical Skills to assess performance data and drive process improvements
  • Customer Satisfaction focus with a commitment to exceeding client expectations
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with healthcare revenue management or consulting is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred
