We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Server to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests by providing exceptional service and Hospitality while attending to their needs with professionalism and care.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations based on guests' preferences and dietary restrictions.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, relaying them to the kitchen and bar staff promptly.
- Deliver food and beverages to guests, ensuring proper presentation and timely service.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any inquiries or issues promptly and professionally.
- Manage payments and ensure transactions are handled securely.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area and server stations.
- Assist with setting up and clearing tables as needed.
- Collaborate actively with team members to create a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
