We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual for immediate hire in the Colorado Springs area. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills, able to balance multiple tasks and thrive in a deadline-driven environment.

This full-time position will involve managing construction projects in the Colorado Springs area. The salary range for this position is $90k-$130k, and the company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including annual bonuses.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion within budget.

Coordinate subcontractor work on the job site.

Monitor project schedule and progress to keep it on track; complete daily reports.

Coordinate manpower needs with the Project Manager and other relevant personnel.

Follow established site safety programs.

Maintain a positive professional attitude with architects, subcontractors, inspectors, engineers, and estimators, working to resolve project-related issues.

Initiate, track, and record RFIs (Requests for Information).

Manage employee personnel on the project.

Conduct quality control inspections on all phases of the project.
Minimum Qualifications and Skills:

A four-year construction-related degree is preferred, with a minimum of 3-5+ years’ experience as a Superintendent on healthcare, K-12, or higher education projects.

Comprehensive understanding of plans and specifications.

Ability to coordinate multiple trades and supervise large teams.

Extensive experience with construction scheduling.

Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to maintain a positive attitude, with pride and professionalism.
