We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bar and Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, uphold service excellence, and drive profitability at our venue. This role oversees both bar and dining functions, ensuring a smooth, guest-focused experience from open to close. This is an evening role as we are not open for lunch
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management

Oversee day-to-day operations of both the restaurant and bar, including opening/closing procedures, service flow, and guest satisfaction.

Maintain cleanliness, safety, and health code standards at all times.

Ensure all equipment is operational and facilities are well-maintained.
Team Leadership & Staffing

Hire, train, schedule, and supervise FOH staff (servers, bartenders, hosts, bussers, etc.).

Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions.

Foster a positive team culture with clear communication and accountability.
Guest Experience

Monitor service quality and resolve guest issues promptly and professionally.

Ensure consistency in service standards, table touches, and bar experiences.

Lead by example with a hands-on presence during service.
Inventory & Financial Control

Manage bar and FOH inventory, ordering, and cost controls.

Monitor labor, food, and beverage costs against budget goals.

Reconcile daily sales, manage POS systems, and oversee cash handling procedures.
Marketing & Promotions

Collaborate on seasonal menus, events, happy hours, and promotional campaigns.

Track sales trends and guest feedback to refine offerings and experiences.

Assist with social media or community outreach efforts, as needed.
Qualifications:

3+ years of bar and restaurant management experience.

Strong leadership and team management skills.
-
Knowledge of POS systems, scheduling tools, and basic budgeting.

Deep understanding of food, beverage, wine, and cocktails.

Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.

Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
