As a Direct Care Team Manager, you are a leader who helps both people and teams succeed. You support direct care staff, coordinate day‑to‑day services, and help create safe, supportive environments where individuals can grow and move toward greater independence. This role is hands‑on, meaningful, and ideal for someone who enjoys leading others while staying connected to the people we serve.

What You’ll Do:

As a Team Manager, your days will be full of connection, purpose, and impact:

  • Lead and support direct care staff to provide quality, person-centered services
  • Make sure each individual’s support plan is followed and updated
  • Help manage daily home operations, schedules, medications, and appointments
  • Provide hands-on direct care and create a safe, positive home environment

What We’re Looking For:

  • Someone with experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities (IDD) who values person‑centered care
  • A leader who’s comfortable supervising staff and also jumping in to provide hands‑on support when needed
  • A steady, dependable presence who stays patient and calm during busy or challenging moments
  • A reliable professional with a high school diploma (or equivalent), a valid driver’s license, and dependable transportation
